| Bio: | Hello there! So... here you are. And here you have found me (or more accurately, my lj). I, like maybe one or two other people I know, have the uncanny disposition towards getting overly obsessed with things of little consequence. In other words, I love fandom! This started when I was introduced to the wonderful world of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Joss Whedon in general, and has continued on, moving from fandom to fandom and genre to genre, to this very day. I am horrendously shipper obsessed, but tend to be the defender of all things canon, not being a big fan of the "unconventional pairings". ("The creators said it this way, therefore it must be! WHEE!") That being said, I'm a firm believer in each person getting what they want out of fandom and I'm not about to start flaming people for what, or who, or which crazy kids getting together, makes them happy. So if you're looking for shipper wars, might I suggest looking elsewhere. Another tidbit about me is that I have a lot of facts, mostly useless, stored away in my head, which often gives people the impression that I am smart. I'm not: knowing that all the boxes of Kraft Dinner consumed in Canada everyday would, if lined up end to end, stretch from Toronto to Melbourne does not make one intelligent. It does make Trivial Pursuit really easy to win though. So, if you ever need to know what the capital of Denmark is, come this way: I'll give you the answer plus throw in something extra. Anyways, I hope those of you who have found their way here can enjoy what I have to say, whether it is of little consequence or not, and can appreciate that sometimes getting a little bit obsessed with things... can be a lot of fun.
